I absolutely adore the doctors, the nurses and the office staff. Everybody is so kind to me. Everybody treats me like a human being and not a number or an illness. Unfortunately, there are medical systems that treat people like cattle and this is not one of them. I feel like they genuinely are concerned about my problem. When the appointment is over, they always ask me if there's anything more that I need. Sometimes if it's things like refills on medications, they don't make me come back for a separate appointment for that. I can't begin to tell you how helpful this is. Not just for time saved, but money saved. They understand this type of thing. The reason I give it four stars is because from time to time you'll find difficulty making appointments. This isn't always and I can call, it's just a long wait time. If that's all I can say that isn't great about this place, then I think we're doing pretty good. There is wheelchair accessible parking. It's available on all four floors of the parking garage. There is a dedicated area on each floor at the same place on each floor for people to park. I have never had an issue finding parking even on their busiest day. There are elevators. Th

Do not come here. They will not help you if you have chronic illness or chronic pain. They will laugh at you when they walk out the door they will keep your important medical papers and records that you provide for them without making copies. They will not give you any kind of referral's pain medication or any kind of empathy towards the kind of illnesses you're going through. This is all an insurance to get grabber. I am waiting for someone to call me back to discuss my treatment plan.That was in place before the Doctor had to ask permission if she could treat me and was denied humm....What kind of Doctor ask permission to treat you?

appointments are far out. Staff is rude and can care less for patients. My mother had an appointment. Could not find the office. Overweight..whatever! Finally got to the desk. Over 5min late and they denied her. The next appointment she was running late. She called, the lady said its fine, come anyway. Denied again. Give us a break guys!

Getting through on the phone was hard but once I managed, my first appointment went well! Staff were friendly and professional, the nurse seemed to have a good sense of humor, and the practitioner I saw wants to be thorough going over my care. Rocky start but good first impressions otherwise, I won't be so nervous coming back.

Scheduling an appointment or doing anything over the phone besides call the pharmacy is next to impossible. As I write this I'm still on hold, waiting for half an hour now because I need to order medical records. That being said, the staff really is wonderful. Dr. Leilani is amazing, all of the nurses and students I've had have been friendly and know what they're doing, and the pharmacy staff is super friendly. If it was possible to get in contact with somebody over the phone this would absolutely be five stars.
